Schweppes Zimbabwe Limited is a leading manufacturer and distributor of non-carbonated still beverages under licence from The Coca-Cola Company. The product portfolio currently includes well renowned brands in the following categories – cordials, fruit juices and bottled water. These products are marketed under the following brand names, Mazoe Crushes and Syrups, Minute Maid Juices, Just Juice, Bonaqua Still Water and Schweppes Still Water. The company has two manufacturing plants in Harare and Bulawayo and nine distribution centres countrywide.
Beit Bridge Juicing Private Limited (BBJ) is a manufacturer and processor of fruits into juice concentrates and other related bi-products such as fruit oils, fruit essences and beverage bases, the main product range includes orange, grape fruit, passion fruit, lemon and lime concentrates which are supplied as inputs to food and beverage manufacturers. The organisation recently launched new Business to Consumer products that is tomato paste and tomato puree products under new the Farm Style Brand. This paste/ puree is processed at Best Fruit Processors (BFP), and packed at Beit Bridge Juicing Private Limited Ruwa. Plans are currently ongoing to launch other value-added products, that is baked beans, fruit jam, chopped tomato, peeled tomato and tomato and onion mix
Its division Best Fruit Processors (BFP), has the capacity to process other fruit types such as mangoes, guavas, passion fruit and tomato into aseptically packed purees and paste. This Norton based plant was formed through a Joint venture Partnership between BBJ and The Agriculture and Rural Development Authority (ARDA). BBJ has 70% majority ownership of BFP while ARDA has 30%.
